from area leagues! We want to show our support for all teams, during the
regular seasons and in going to tournaments. It doesn't matter what team
it is or in what ever league they are in! WE SUPPORT LOCAL BASEBALL AND
SOFTBALL!! Are you going to a tournament? If so, let us know how you do!

WORLD SERIES CHAMPS: The Tyler Thunderbirds won
the Deep East Texas Baseball Association Division I 12 &
under WORLD SERIES on October 29th in Marshall. The team
went 12-4 in the regular season and 4-1 during the WORLD
SERIES, beating Carthage 6-0 in the championship game.

WORLD SERIES RUNNER-UP:
The Whitehouse Scrappers placed 2nd in the 11 & Under Deep East Texas Fall
Baseball Select League World Series in Marshall. The Scrappers won their
division with a 13-2 record to advance to the World Series. In the World Series,
The Scrappers Eliminated 4 teams to advance to the final game. The Marshall Colt
45's won the championship game, 6-5. The Scrappers' final record was 17-3. The
